Cost of therapeutic services
Private Pay
- $200 per Intake Session
- $230 per 90 minute EMDR Session
- $180 per 53 minute EMDR session
- $150 per 53 minutes of psychotherapy
EMDR Intensives vary in pricing depending on need and are private pay only.
Insurance
It is important to note that, while Midé Integrative Therapies may be contracted with the following plans, each insurance company has individual rules that may preclude some providers from seeing members within a particular plan.

If we are an out of network provider, please inquire about a Superbill for your own reimbursement. We will accept out of network clients. This means, if you do not hold an insurance that we accept, call and inquire and we can talk about your options.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Acceptable forms of payment
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment.
Payment is expected at time of service. All major credit cards are accepted through a HIPPA compliant service and will be expected to be completed before each appointment. Credit card payments and insurance will be processed through Simple Practice and IVY.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in being charged my full fee. Clients who fail three (3) appointments may face termination of services. Unless otherwise arranged, failure to schedule a session for three weeks in a row will result in termination of counseling relationship for legal and ethical reasons.
Full rate fee will be charged for appointments not cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.
