Beautiful things are taking shape here, and we can’t wait to share them with you. Stay connected for upcoming offerings, gatherings, and ways to connect. This space is being created with so much care—something special is on the way.
Join Amber Atwood—trauma-informed yoga teacher, clinician at Midé and founder of Root & Rest Collective- for a deeply nourishing 4-week journey designed specifically for providers, clinicians, and those feeling the weight of burnout. With years of experience guiding individuals through somatic practices, Amber weaves together yoga, meditation, and conscious breathwork to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and the return to embodied joy.
Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply supportive—rooted in creating safe, inclusive spaces for connection and self-discovery. This class is for all skill levels and even for those just seeking community and self-expansion in somatic movement for the very first time. It will be safely contained with focusing on providers in the community with a small group of 6-8 people.
Amber will be leading this 4-week series, guiding participants through practices designed to restore, nourish, and empower—offering a container for lasting inner transformation. Our hope is that participants will experience nervous system restoration, emotional release, and embodied joy—all within a safe, intimate group container designed for deep support and lasting transformation.
